Can you really make money buying and selling foreclosed propertied or tax lien properties? YES. The secret is to find the properties before they go through 2 or 3 people first. By the time properties reach auctions like EBay and Bid4assets they have normally gone through at least 2 buyers. Are they still a good deal? Sometimes, but often you could have gotten the same or similar property for much less, which is how the seller is able to offer you such a great deal. There are tons of How To sites out there, and many now have infomercials to go along with them. John Beck for example, he may make millions selling property, but he makes even more from scamming trusting people to give him their checking account numbers. John Beck’s scam is to hard sell you into giving more after you buy his How To guide, and continuing to take funds from your account to have access to his property vault. They claim you can cancel at anytime, but the only way to cancel is to close your bank account and open a new one. John Beck’s property vault is also misleading, he is buying the property at pennies on the dollar and reselling them to you for what you can find them on EBay and Bid4assets. So you are paying to look at properties that are still not as low as they should be, and paying greatly. We have searched out the sites that have a one time fee and do not continue to charge your credit card. These are the auctions set up for you to be the one who gets the property for pennies on the dollar. You can also search for County Tax Offices to find local auctions and buy directly from the government.  There are properties out there, and there is good money to be made, you just have to know where to look.  Good Luck and Happy Bidding!
